Staff were great! Friendly and accommodating. Hotel is clean and Pool etc nice.
Room was freezing on arrival, not heating on even though thick snow outside. The room took a long time to heat so we ended up going out.
I had issues with booking hotel online, the chat was unhelpful and almost dismissive. My complaint was passed to manager at Aberdeen. This I can’t get my head around when the issue was with the booking team.
The manager, booking and restaurant staff were kind and friendly.
Still feel my booking issue was unresolved and it’s put me off using again.

Ottimo Hotel per gli amanti dello sport e del nuoto. Poco adatto per chi ama alloggiare in centro città. Lontano da qualsiasi cosa, quindi dovrete spostarvi in città con bus, taxy o macchina. Cibo buono ma poca scelta.

Noise from 5am in the morning from gym - don’t stay here if you want a proper nights sleep.
My room 237 on the 2nd floor with windows closed and still hear bang bang bang from the gym. Really disappointing and staff do nothing when you complain. I will be feeding this back to my company to book elsewhere next time.
Especially disappointing seeing as there are complaints about this from others ranging back two years.
Additionally there is a £5 daily surcharge for car parking

Stayed here for an overnight package for Hogmanay including a meal and party. Room was great and with the package it's upgraded to an Upper Deck room, large and comfy. The party, band, and DJ was great and the meal was much better than I expected considering it was for a large number at the same time. 4 courses were served with the mains having a choice of chicken of beef. Breakfast was a buffet style and I have to say was probably one of the best buffet breakfasts I've had. Also had access to the spa and pool, which were all very clean even thought it was quite busy. Thank you.

Just back from spending two days in the Village Hotel Aberdeen it was lovely staff very friendly food was good on Boxing Day but Christmas Lunch was disappointing just very basic turkey dinner with not masses of choice but it wouldn’t stop me going back.

Fantastic spa with pool, whirlpool, sauna, and steam room, great room, large bed, so relaxing, helpful staff, would absolutely stay again.

We went for early dinner. Tried the pie of the week, it was nice. Good options for kids. The service was better than other times, and food was also fast, other days have need slower but this time we did enjoy , I think they are improving staff and food

Do not come to this “HOTEL” if you want a good sleep. The gym is obviously their priority over the hotel. The gym starts at 6am and sounds like there is constant construction work in the bedrooms above the gym. When I asked to move room’s I was told the hotel was full, when it was quite clear the hotel was no where near full, they just didn’t want to accommodate. The staff clearly are not bothered about hotel customers and were very arrogant. The floor I was on had about 3 rooms vacant the rest were empty and the car park was pretty much empty after the gym had closed. Will not be staying at any village hotel again !

Overall experience was decent. Customer service was subjective, some were more helpful than others. Met a Ghanaian who attended to me at the restaurant and was great!

Stylish and clean. Bathroom was very spacious. Food is excellent I had the wagyu beef with brie and bacon.

Lovely modern style hotel. Rooms are pretty basic and showing slight signs of wear. Service in bar/restaurant was very poor. Food over priced and small portion size. Location is remote but handy for main arterial routes

Al llegar al hotel en grupo, nos faltaban 2 habitaciones que teníamos reservadas, nos dijeron que el hotel estaba lleno,el fallo era de ellos, tardaron 1,30 hora en solucionarlo,la Señorita de recepcion muy borde y desagradable, nos grito que nos callaremos , teníamos hora para cenar a las 20,30, y entramos a las 21 h. al comedor pq no había sitio, tardamos 2 horas en cenar por la tardanza en servir. Hotel no recomendable, lejos de la ciudad y con atención la muy deficiente.

Revised review from 4 years ago, after recent visit. Service was outstanding, did was all very nice, all brought out together and in a timely matter, with a largish group and a few other big tables in, was a very enjoyable evening.

Stayed here as we were travelling out to Aboyne the next day. It was a noisy hotel with a girls cricket team staying at the time, lots of banging doors and running up and down corridors! Also our room was right above the gym and on Saturday morning we got the noise from the classes. Breakfast was basic but did the job. Not much of a view! Bar prices are expensive but it’s a captive audience.
